Channel Manager (Modern Trade)

ความรับผิดชอบ :
- Accountable for Business plan setting and achieving under company direction.
- Grow the business and marketing share in modern trade channel under the budget in both top and bottom line.
- Manage and motivate the distributor to deliver the sales,forecast, and perfect plan execution according to the plan.
- Create and adjust the best trade plan for the business review with all trades/accounts in responsible channel.
- Evaluate the sales performance, trade efficiency, market situation , competitors , customers and other key factors in the responsible channel; then convert to the action plan in short-term and long-term plan.
- Maximize the efficiency of SE payment ,and control the spending under the budget.
- Prepare the monthly report and present to Management in monthly basis.
- Special project as assigned.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร :
- Master or Bachelor
- 5-8 Years in the FMCG for trade marketing in Modern Trade Channel (SP/HP)
- Experience in trade agreement negotiation is a musะ
